Park Vision Principal Consultant

Simon Edwards is the Director and Principal Consultant at Park Vision Pty Ltd, a consultancy dedicated to advancing Australia's holiday park and tourist accommodation industry. With over a decade of holiday park and workers accommodation development experience, Simon, a Construction Management and Economics graduate, has successfully managed multiple large-scale projects. He has done this while implementing continuous improvement strategies and focusing on ESG initiatives for sustainable development. It's never been his style to just build without a bigger vision.

Simon was a RSB SA Young Business Leaders finalist in 2013 and in 2019, Simon was awarded Discovery Holiday Park's National Young Achiever Award

    No, holiday park developments are unique. They don't fit into the usual mould of domestic or commercial construction.

    In reality, many holiday park projects are a combination of a major civil / infrastructure  and landscaping construction, with many indivually procured specialist items like: transportable accomodation, ammenitites buildings (often made and transported from hundreds of km's away or interstate),  and waterparks from overseas.

  • How do we get started?

    Please touch base, we'd love to hear from you and discuss the first steps for your unique project.


    We will often take time with you to understand the propsal you have to start developing and prepare an initial scope of services.


    Park Vision can be used very affodably upfront in your early stags of planning. It's likely that we can meet you at your proposed project location and kick off the first component of the feasability investigation.


    We can undertake preliminary site visits, allowing for travel (interstate is no problem) and initial desktop investigations with writen summary in the range of $5-10k. This initial process should uncover some headline challenges / opportunities and clarifiy the propsed or realigned direction if required. We always make sure the proposal is alligned to the client's goals and objectives while being feasable.


    With the client's satisfaction and feedback from the first stage, we can then propse a considered process to commence preliminary designs, multiple stakeholder consultations, engineering and other techinical invetiongations alongside preliminary budgeting, programming and approvals planning for your project.

    This stage varies greatly in size depending on the value and complexity of the project. 

    Timing wise, it may take weeks or months to complete. 


    We ensure the process remains affordable and transparent. Park Vision will manage consultant and contractor engagements on behalf of the client and review claims before issuing an approval instruciton to the client for payment.
